Genetically Modified Organisms (England) (Amendments) Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 2598 of 2008).

These Regulations amend both the Genetically Modified Organisms (Traceability and Labelling) (England) Regulations 2004 in regulation 8 and the Genetically Modified Organisms (Transboundary Movements) (England) Regulations 2004 in regulation 8 so as to correct errors.
