National Waste Management Plan for Scotland Regulations 2007 (S.S.I. No. 251 of 2007).

This Statutory Instrument implements Community legislation on waste concerns a national waste strategy for Scotland to prepared by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and to be adpoted by the Scottish Ministers. It also concerns modification of the plan and public participation.
