The Ordinance consists of 9 articles as follows: Sphere of application, general provisions (1); Waste of agriculture and forestry (2); Other waste of plants to be disposed of (3); Incineration (4); Requirements for incineration (5); Storage in deposits (6); Competent authorities (7); Penalties (8); Entry into force (9).
