The present Ordinance implements the Nordrhein-Westfalen Fishery Law. The Ordinance consists of 26 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Limitation of catch (I); Baits, fishing gear and methods (II); Special protective provisions for fisheries (III); Fishing permits (IV); Local government of Arnsberg (V); Penalties and final provisions (VI).
