Commission Directive 2009/9/EC amending Directive 2001/82/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Community code relating to medicinal products for veterinary use.
These provisions amend Directive 2001/82/EC by replacing the text in Annex I, which sets out requirements and analytical protocol, safety tests, pre-clinical and clinical for tests of veterinary medicinal products.
