Rural Development Contracts (Rural Priorities) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009 (S.S.I. No. 1 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the Rural Development Contracts (Rural Priorities) (Scotland) Regulations 2008: by modifying the definition of “rural settlement”; by modifying the activity and eligibility conditions and rates of payment in rural priorities options; and in Table D of Part 2 of Schedule 2 on standard costs for forestry operations.
