This Decision approves the Scheme on technology renewal and modernization in the mining industry in order to raise production efficiency and minimize environmental pollution and natural resource waste. The Scheme’s main objectives are to create professionally capable managers and technically skilled workers, ensure labour safety, satisfy environmental standards for post-mining environmental restoration and create high added value and highly mechanized and automated production technologies. The Decision further provides detailed contents of the Scheme for the renewal and modernization of the mining industry.
