Potatoes Originating in Egypt (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. No. 30 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the Potatoes Originating in Egypt Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 by amending the definition of “the Decision” in the principal Regulations so as to include the amendments effected by Commission Decision 2007/842/EC.
