The present Regulation enacts the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the expression of measurements of greenhouse gas reductions and removals, project plans, validation of project plans, project reports, verification of project reports, protocols and guidelines, recognition of emission offsets, records, and qualified professionals.
