Export of Radioactive Sources (Control) (Amendment) Order 2009 (S.I. No. 585 of 2009).

This Order amends the Export of Radioactive Sources (Control) Order 2006 so as to bring provisions on licences, licensing decisions and appeals in the principal Order 2006 into line with provisions of the Export Control Order 2008.
