In exercise of the powers granted by article 8(5) of the Control of Atmospheric Pollution Laws of 2002-2008, the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance abrogates the form (“application form for authorization of waste air emissions”) set out in the Air Pollution Control (Emission Permit Application Form) Order of 2003 (K.D.P. 658/2003).
