Decree implementing Commission Decision 2008/826/EC concerning phitosanitary measures for the importation of naturally or artificially dwarfed plants of Chamaecyparis Spach, Juniperus L. and Pinus L., originating in Japan.

This Decree extends the period of validity of Ministerial Decree of 28 September 2007, which allows derogations from certain provisions in force in respect of naturally or artificially dwarfed plants of Chamaecyparis Spach, Juniperus L. and Pinus L., originating in Japan.
