Forestry Act 1988 (Section 37) (Coillte Teoranta) Bye-laws 2009 (S.I. No. 151 of 2009).

These By-laws concern use of forest areas. They shall apply in respect of lands, managed by an entity called Coillte Teoranta, in respect of which a Notice of Application of Bye-laws has been posted. The rules concern access, trespass, damaging of trees, littering, etc.
