This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, lays down specific rules on the hygiene of food of animal origin for food business operators. The Regulation establishes requirements for technological designs of plants running activities concerning production of products of animal origin, intended for direct consumption.
