This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, amends requirements concerning production of seed material of cereals (specified originally in Part 2 of Annex 2 of the amended Regulation), and requirements for the production of elitist and qualified planting material of fruit-growing plants (specified in Annex 9 of the amended Regulation).
