This Act is composed of 16 articles. Art. 1 amends 56 points of the Nature Conservation Act and art. 3 amends three points of the Hunting Law. The aim of this amendment is to ensure biodiversity through the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Ina particular the Act relates to a special are of conservation, called Nature 2000. It establishes provisions concerning protection, management and control of fauna and flora in national parks and nature reserves, and lays down rules for their exploitation.
