Ozone Layer Protection (Products Containing Scheduled Substances) (Import Banning) Regulation (Chapter 403C).

This Regulation prohibits the import of products containing any of the substances specified in the Schedule of the Ordinance unless in full compliance with the relevant requirements of the 1987 Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
