This Resolution is composed of 10 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the Fund for Port Development and Modernization at the Ministry of Transport. Articles 3 and 4 deal with the budget and incomes and of the Fund. Articles 5 and 6 pertain to the formation and management of the Fund. Articles 7 to 9 contain general provisions.
