This Regulation provides for the establishment of the working group responsible for adopting safety emergency measures applicable to means of transport as well as installations destined to the storage or trade of oil, gas and their by-products. The working group is jointly chaired by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy (METE) and the Minister of Public Works, Transport, and Telecommunication (MPWTT). The group is composed by of deputy ministers of METE, MPWTT and the directors of the Central Technical Inspectorate, National Urban Planning Inspectorate, Regional Environmental Agencies, and the fire protection departments. The Regulation further lays down the tasks and responsibilities of the working group.
