Decree implementing Directive 2007/71/EC amending Annex II of Directive 2000/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on port reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues.
This Decree amends Annex III to Legislative Decree No. 182 of 2003, which lays down the form to be filled in by masters of ships in order to notify the information required before arriving to ports.
