Resolution No. 16/02 delegating to the Government legislative powers for regulating oil concessions to SONANGOL-E.P.

This Resolution is composed of four articles. It delegates to the Government the legislative competences for regulating oil concessions to the National Fuel Company SONANGOL-E.P as well as for regulating exploitation and mining rights regarding research, development and production of liquid and gas fuels within Bloc 16.
