Council Directive 2009/82/EC amending Directive 91/414/EEC to include tetraconazole as an active substance.

This Directive amends Directive 91/414/EC by including tetraconazole in the list of active substances laid down under Annex I. Subsequently, plant protection products containing such substance may be placed on the market under the conditions prescribed by this Directive.
