Council Regulation (EC) No. 754/2009 excluding certain groups of vessels from the fishing effort regime laid down in Chapter III of Regulation (EC) No. 1342/2008.
This Regulation excludes from the application of the fishing effort regime laid down in Chapter III of Regulation (EC) No. 1342/2008 two groups of vessels, one flying the flag of Sweden and the other flying the flag of Spain.
