Waste Management (Environmental Levy) (Plastic Bag) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 167 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Environmental Levy) (Plastic Bag) Regulations 2001 so as to increase the amount of environmental levy on plastic bags.
