Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (Established Activities) (Amendment) Order 2006 (S.I. No. 321 of 2006).

This Order amends the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (Established Activities) Order 2006 by substituting the Schedule concerning dates for established activities which are required to have applied within a specified date to the Environmental Protection Agency for an integrated pollution control licence in accordance with section 82 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992.
