Co-operative Tribunal (Practice and Procedure) Rules (Cap. 490).

These Rules implement provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act in relation with Co-operative Tribunal. They concern powers of the Tribunal, its Chairman and Deputy Chairman, procedures for claims and a register to be kept by the Tribunal, and prescribe the form of appeal.
