Utilities Regulation (Procedural) Rules (S.I. No. 104 of 2003).

These Rules shall apply to all proceedings in matters brought to the attention of the fair Trading Commission under the Utilities Regulation Act, 2000 and under the Fair Trading Commission Act, 2000. Rules concern witnesses and evidence, verification of affidavits, pre-hearings and conferences, hearings, review and variation, review of rates, etc.
