Herring (Fisheries Management and Conservation) (Revocation) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 564 of 2005).

These Regulations revoke the Herring (Fisheries Management and Conservation) Regulations 2005. The effect of these Regulations is to permit the fishing for, landing, transhipment, or having on board of herring by Irish sea-fishing boats, duly licensed, with effect from a specified date.
