Commission Directive 2009/124/EC amending Annex I to Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum levels for arsenic, theobromine, Datura sp., Ricinus communis L., Croton tiglium L. and Abrus precatorius L.

These provisions amend Annex I to Directive 2002/32/EC with respect to the maximum levels of arsenic and theobromine aplicable to the feedingstuffs referred therein.
