This Ordinance provides for the establishment of the Environment and Conservation Fund with the purpose of funding educational, research and other projects and activities in relation to environmental and conservation matters. The Ordinance further provides for: the organization of the fund; the establishment of the Environment and Conservation Fund Committee; internal organization of the Committee; accounts of the Fund; etc.
