Commission Regulation (EC) No. 975/2009 amending Directive 2002/72/EC relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.

These provisions lay down some amendments to Annexes II, III, IVa, V and VI to Directive 2002/72/EC, which set out requirements to be met by plastic materials and articles which, in the finished product, are intended to come into contact or are brought into contact with foodstuffs.
