Regulation amending the Principles and Procedures on reforestation and erosion facilities of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry

This Regulation contains amendments on management of spendings and revenues of reforestation and erosion control facilities, improvement of forests, biodiversity and ecosystems. The Regulation also covers new provisions on donations from individuals or legal entities for the improvement and rehabilitation of trees forest lands.
