These Rules make further provision for the preservation and improvement in the breeding of bulls. The Rules provide for: terms and conditions for giving intimation about the possession of unmarked bulls; order form requiring any person to submit bulls for inspection; certification of bulls capable of being used for breeding purposes; marking of castrated bulls; order form for the castration of unapproved bulls; costs of maintenance and sale of bulls; duties of Livestock Officers; power of livestock officers to enter premises; penalties; etc.
