These Rules amend the Orissa Agricultural Produce Markets Rules 1958. Amendments include: the insertion of new definitions in rule 2; and the insertion of a new Part IIA and Part IIB after Part II on the establishment of private markets, application forms, procedures and requirements for obtaining licences for their establishment, terms and conditions of licences, registration of Contract Farming Sponsors, application forms, etc.
