In order to stabilize and improve seed breeding the Government decrees as follows: (a) to validate the list of agricultural enterprises with the status of seed farms producing and marketing variety and hybrid seeds of crops (Annex 1); (b) to validate the list of state variety testing farms, state variety testing plots, seed farms and leasing units of “Sortsemovosh” consortium under the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management (Annex 2); and (c) the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management shall provide farms operating in upland with difficult and unfavourable natural and climatic conditions and affected by natural disasters with staple crops seeds including elite and first generation seeds of cereals in order to ensure planned strain renovation and strain changing.
