The present Ordinance implements the Upper Austria Fisheries Law (LGBl. Nr. 60/1983). The text consists of 14 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Fishing book (I); Fishing legitimation (II); Aptitude for fishing (III); Fishing protection (IV); Aquatic animals, closed seasons and minimum size (V); Final provisions (VI). One Annex is enclosed.
