This Act constitutes the Industrial Development Corporation, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to its administration and operation. The Corporation shall, among other things, establish and conduct industrial undertakings, assist and support the development of small-scale or medium-scale industries and industrial undertakings and promote industrial development in general.
