Climate Change Levy (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 604 of 2003).

These Regulations amend the Climate Change Levy (General) Regulations 2001 in relation to certification of combined heat and power stations for the generation of electricity, record-keeping, reconciliation requirements to qualify for favourable climate change levy treatment and penalties.
