This Ministerial Decree sets forth criteria and modalities for classification of electric power plants and separate energy installations for electric power generation functioning on the basis of renewable energy sources. The purpose of such classification shall be to establish compliance between indices of energy production and energy consumption from renewable energy sources. generating object shall be classified if complying with the following criteria: (a) functioning exclusively on the basis of renewable energy sources or combined use of renewable energy and other energy sources; (b) generating object is operational (put into operation and not put out of operation or is not under maintenance); (c) generating object is connected to electric network organization and equipped with metering device complying with legislative requirements; and (d) generating object ensures fulfilment of target values.
