The present Regulation implement the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006 (S.O.2006, c. 12). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to general issues, such as, for example, damage to Crown land, keeping reserve clean, closure and evacuation, direction of traffic, inappropriate conduct, occupation of land, designated entry, non-resident-camping and motor vehicles.
