Resolution No. 840 of 2009 imposing the permanent protection to the plant variety winter dawn of strawberries.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 decrees the permanent protection on the plant variety winter dawn of strawberries. Article 2 provides that the protection starts from the date of the Protection Certificate and ending in accordance with provisions of article 193 of Law No. 82 of 2002.
