This Ministerial Decree establishes that elaboration of project documentation shall consist in elaboration of substantiated technical and technological decisions ensuring conformity with the conditions of subsoil management, rational complex management and protection of subsoil, and also observance of the provisions of the Russian legislation. The following project documentation shall be subject to coordination: (a) exploration and assessment of mineral deposits; (b) mining; and (c) exploration, prospecting and mining in accordance with concurrent licence. Project documentation shall include: (a) arrangements for safe subsoil management; (b) arrangements for rational management and protection of subsoil; and (c) information on terms and conditions of carrying out conservation and (or) closure of mine working, boreholes and land recultivation.
