Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2010 (L.N. 119 of 2010).

These provisions amend Part B of Schedule II of the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) Regulations by replacing the text in the third column of point 2 of heading (b) Bacteria, which regards the list of protected zones. Further amendments regard the list of protected zones specified in Schedules III and IV.
