This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of setting up state information system related to energy saving and energy efficiency, and conditions of its functioning, and also the list of information subject to inclusion therein. State information system shall contain the totality of data on energy saving and energy efficiency. The purpose of the aforesaid state information system shall be to grant access to information on energy saving, improvement of energy efficiency and the best energy efficiency projects to natural persons, organizations and local self-government.
