European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2010 (S.I. No. 278 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 by carrying into effect for Ireland the amendments to Council Directive 91/414/EEC as regards an extension of the use of the active substance which are pesticides.
