Privatization and Public Enterprises Supervising Authority Establishment Proclamation (No. 412 of 2004).

This Proclamation establishes the Privatization and Public Enterprises Supervising Authority as an autonomous federal government office having its own legal personality. The Authority shall, among other things, implement a Privatization Programme and supervise and enhance the functioning and management of public enterprises.
