Regulation amending the Regulation determining the principles of fresh fruit and vegetable producer associations.

This Regulation amends the articles 3 and 5 of the Regulation Determining the Principles of Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Producer Associations, concerning the rules of certification of the associations. The Regulation further amends article 4, on the definition of the producer associations. Lastly articles 6 and 7 covering the market halls and sales of fresh fruit and vegetables by the producer associations and an additional clause is enclosed to the last article of the same Regulation.
