The present Regulations enact the Waste Reduction and Recovery Act. Section 2 establishes the Beverage container Programme. The Chief Environmental Protection Officer shall administer this programme. The text – consisting of 30 sections – deals with the following aspects: administration of programme and Environment Fund, terms and conditions, payment of surcharges, depots and appeals.
