These Regulations, which implement provisions of the Water Authority Law, provide for, among other things: control of water resources, groundwater abstraction licences, water pollution control, licensing of water operations, discharge of sewage and other wastes by the Authority, water supply and sewerage control and appeals from a determination of the Authority. Groundwater abstraction licences shall be granted by the Authority.
