Ministerial Decree No. 586 validating the Regulation on rendering paid services by state institutions in forestry sector and in protected areas.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the list of paid services and the modalities of rendering thereof by state institutions in forestry sector and in protected areas. The aforesaid paid services shall be rendered in strict observance of national forest legislation and legislation on protected areas. The following paid services can be rendered to natural and legal persons: (a) growing planting materials and collection of forest seeds; (b) planting of protection belts, greenery; (c) training; (d) trade of timber, including fuelwood; and (e) secondary forest management.
